WELCOME to the LEADing LEADers Blogathon!

The next few days are designed with the hope that we will talk together about our call to be leaders, leaders among leaders, leaders of leaders and leaders who can identify, encourage and equip young leaders — as well as all of the challenges, joys, tensions and fruit we experience within this call.

It will also be a chance to explore new ideas and best practices as it relates to the intersection of spiritual formation and leadership development, as well as some of the oft used models and practices of leadership within ministry that may need to be tweaked and/or abandoned in order for effective ministry to occur today.

Over the course of this 3 day online conference we’ll have the chance to hear from a number of professionals in the college and campus ministry world – as well as others who have particular interest and/or insight into our work with college students – in the form blog posts and the dialog that ensues.
